This album was a birthday gift from my beautiful girlfriend A.—though, funnily enough, neither of us remembers exactly which birthday it was! What matters is how much it means to me. Hammer of Dawn hit me hard in the best way: powerful melodies, raw energy, and real emotion. With this album, HammerFall became my favorite band. I listen to it a lot in the car—it’s the perfect soundtrack for the road. Every ride becomes epic when this album is playing.
