I came across this vinyl as part of a donation to the Médiathèque Les Mureaux, and it immediately caught my eye because of its beautiful, nostalgic cover. When I brought it home and gave it a spin, I was pleasantly surprised to hear a familiar track — O Malao O Malao. This was a song I had heard at a party hosted by A.'s family, and it brought a flood of memories.
When A.'s mom saw the album, she instantly recognized it, revealing that she had owned it as a child and knew every song and lyric by heart. The connection felt so deep, as if this album had created a bridge between the past and present, connecting me with A.'s family in a way I hadn't anticipated.
Of course, the songs on the album are amazing, timeless, they don't make them like that it today's age.
