Over the years, A. and I have built a modest but cherished collection of board games. It all started thanks to a colleague who was passionate about board gaming—his enthusiasm was contagious, and soon enough, we caught the bug too. There have been times when we played regularly and others when life got in the way, and gaming took a back seat. Becoming parents added a new dimension to our hobby, as we gradually created a small collection of board games specially chosen for our daughter. These days, most of our gaming sessions revolve around those family-friendly games, making board gaming a joyful activity we all share together.
